While sitting at Syosset Station, I was waiting for the thru train to Port Jefferson to whiz by. While it whistled for the crossing at Jackson Avenue, I got a bit of a surprise as a dead-heading set of M7's came through going west. However, I kept my camera steady and continued to focus on the Port Jefferson train. The engine was DE30AC 417, with 3 C-3 bilevels, with 5011 as the rear facing cab car.
